Our favorite Christmas dish is Peas & Rice (a West Indian dish handed down from my great grand mother to my grandmother, to my mother and finally to me.) I make it several times a year, but it is a MUST at Christmas.

My favorite holiday dish is the super secret Praline Pumpkin Pie recipe, that I got from my almost mother-in-law, before I called it quits with her son. Best thing that came out of that relationship.
